Annual Staff Meeting of Brite Solar
We were thrilled to host the annual staff meeting of our company in Patras, in light of the highly anticipated launch of our new factory in early 2025. It was particularly meaningful to bring together our team of 30 members from different countries, showcasing the dynamic and multicultural spirit of Brite Solar.
In just a few days, our workforce will nearly double, as 20 new hires will take place in January 2025, with additional positions to follow in the coming months. During a time of global and local challenges, we are proud to innovate on all levels at Brite Solar, creating a world-class factory that will host the most skilled and highly trained professionals in high-tech technology.
Our CEO, Dr. Nikos Kanopoulos, congratulated the team for their efforts and wished everyone happy holidays, promising that we will soon meet again at the factory's grand opening. The atmosphere in our company remains exceptional, with working conditions comparable to top international companies and a workspace that combines comfort and ultimate functionality.
The new factory will begin producing agrivoltaic panels using our innovative nanomaterials, offering unique advantages such as:
- Optimization of the photosynthetic capacity of light reaching the crops.
- Conversion of UV radiation into the photosynthetically beneficial red spectrum.
- High energy efficiency for optimal panel transparency.
